Abstract: The editing, the activities of lectors are parts of the quality management. The basics of the quality management can still not avoid the massive influence of the magic of words. Therefore the entire process is subjective and not free of conflict-potentials. These lead to inefficiency in a direct way. The list of social lost consists suboptimal resource-allocations, increasing of frustration, lacks of contents. In future, robot-lectors should also be developed.
