Abstract: Over a kind of limit concerning the volume of an enterprise, it is not really worth managing projects in an intuitive way. If somebody is going to develop a framework basing on work science characteristics, then it will be possible in a parallel way to cover each classic expectation of the project management and also the task in a risk management sub-system, where exposures of objects (like persons, organization units, tasks, projects, jobs, etc.) can be calculated in in real time. The risk management can be interpreted - therefore - as a re-formulation of the project management as such, because the project management is going to allocate resources in a rational way and the risk management tries to explore risks and minimize the differences according to the optimal constellations calculated through the project management. The study shows analitical approches being capable of increasing efficiency in project management. The core of the new approximation is always a big-data-oriented data asset containing each activities of each persons (working with computers). This kind of reproducibility ensures learning patterns for artificial intelligence-based analyses (like chains of similarity analyses in an automated way). As results new reports and appropriate data-visualisation effects will be produced about the diverse risk potentials of the focused objects. The first manual dirven solution (NG-STRESS) was already prized (2014, HUNINNO) - and its automation is now in progress. More (DOC) *** More (PDF)
