OLAP-challenges and hermeneutical possibilities in case of anonym reporting personal data

Vezércikk: 2018. February (MIAU No. 234.)
(Előző cikk: MIAU No. 233.)

Keywords: data asset management, HR-analytics, artificial intelligence, statistics

The paper can be seen as a kind of case study for enterprises/projects aiming a higher level of data asset management. The case study can be involved into the education of affected persons/institutions. The case study delivers operationalized impulses for IT, data-visualization, legal aspects, and also for the project management. The technological (OLAP) and hermeneutical aspects may only be supported through anonymized data sets. The data asset and the working steps are real. The paper demonstrates the complexity level what the IT should be capable of supporting. The case study has both statistical layers and models based on artificial intelligence. The massive evaluation of KNUTH is overall present: Science is what we understand well enough to explain to a computer. Art is everything else we do. Therefore the paper focuses on the possibilities of automation. The conclusion highlights the basic principle: without clear preferences/declarations of the decision makers, the unlimited combinatorial space of technological and hermeneutical possibilities in data handling is rather a problem than a resource.
