Calculation of an exposure-index for traffic lights - concerning an ideal traffic-light-program

Anomalies in the stream of traffic (it means: exposure index-values for alternative traffic lights) concerning different directions in a junction can be derived based on artificial intelligence driven term-creation models, where anomalies are unequal chances of streaming away in arbitrary directions. The more is the exposure index for a given direction, the more green signs should have this traffic light – in order to decrease the exposure as such. If a lot of alternative traffic lights programs are available, the optimal one can be estimated in a naive and/or modelled way, where it is necessary to know in case of each traffic light program, which ratio (in percent described) is characteristic for the green signs in a given direction compared to the default traffic light program. If each combinatorial possible traffic light program got prepared for benchmarking, then the competition of the traffic light programs can also be seen as a kind of numeric optimization.
