Variations for performance control systems in the higher education

Abstract: The performance-control, the performance-evaluation are inevitable parts of the cooperative working processes. The planning of these systems should involve following dimensions: what is the real goal behind a system? / how efficient should be the system? / who is responsible for the evidence? The paper will demonstrate 12 variations based on the three dimensions. Each of the variations is capable of supporting the teleworking processes. If a system is useful in case of the teleworking, then it is also useful in normal cases.
