Anomalies of anonymous, parallel evaluations of publications

Abstract: The purpose of the paper is simple: based on anonymous, real (parallel created) evaluation
reports it can be demonstrated a lot of anomalies in the evaluation system, in order to minimize the
amount and/or the gravity of these anomalies where the gravity can be extended to the threshold of
defamation constructs concerning Students being in good faith. The anonymity of the evaluators can
not be seen as a necessary and useful parameter because the anonymous evaluators have no real
responsibility for improving of the written materials. This anonymity is rather a cover for camouflaging
not-understanding situations concerning evaluators. Unfortunately, the evaluations can also be seen
as a kind of blaming victims. The parallel evaluations are mostly inconsistent where the evaluation
system is not prepared and not willing to solve these anomalies what can also be interpreted as a kind
of blaming victims. Victims are the motivated Students who have at least tried to prepare a paper
instead of simulating learning activities. The anonymity of these official evaluation processes has the
same characteristics as the poisonous anonymity of the Internet in general. Therefore, the particular
evaluation systems do not lead to better papers: the conclusions of the first level evaluations (ETDK)
definitive may not have any impact to the papers in the second level (OTDK).
