The HR education makes now possible to combine experiences from market and the same from innovations of ERP systems.
Unfortunatelly, there are a lot of secrets in the background of typical market-oriented ERP-keywords/modules.
However the didactic-oriented education and innovation do not pretend, they are even able to ensure such kind of deep detailed demonstration tools and demo-solutions,
that Students can recognize their real innovation potential. Everybody should have possibilities to see, what kind of simple steps build a holistic/integrated system.
So Students should be able to create their own modules based on simple spreadsheets like Excel (incl. VLOOKUP, pivot, solver) or their critical view about existing modules/systems.
Especially universities are perfect frames to involve Students into the improvment of real processes in the recent ecducation workflows. (more)
