Questionnaires can be designed for a particular aim or even arbitrarily driven by the curiosity.
Anyway: appropriate processes can always be created in order to derive suspicion-elements.
Those questions, leading to unstable models, should not be analysed.
Those persons, giving answers mostly far from the calculated norm values, should be rejected - to eliminate illogical effects in the calculation of averages of each question.
However one thing is true: nobody can be sure to have always correct answers.
It is also worth knowing: starting and closing questions deliver mostly significantly more inconsistency.
