Abstract: Based on 255 (2011) and 279 (2009) questionnaires on HR-practices of subsidiaries of international companies, a massive pressure for adaptation can be assumed, especially in the layers of knowledge management. Although using term-creation methods of artificial intelligence research, different variables (describing potentials of knowledge management constellations) can be derived from the raw data of the survey. The potential causes and the aggregated potential values about knowledge management solutions do not show any correlations. The lack of the expected correlation let assume, that the complexity on the spot should be handled with a kind of ad hoc hermeneutics. The created seconder variables have high correlations among them. It means: the answers in the survey got defined based on a robust pattern. The two periods being observed have similar characteristics. More (DOC) *** More (PDF)
