cont-rolling-stones
The cont-rolling-stones, the new animated ICO/LOGO version of MY-X services try to highlight the core messages of the similarity analyses. The basic stone-tower is alone a stable construction. The multiple converted tower lead to a new shape/message (X). The first similarity analysis in a long chain of virtual problem-mapping is also a stable approach. The multi-layer analyises make possible to deliver consistent results or the machine-answer 'I do not know!' (= alarm sign like EWS). Both are usefull. The alarm sign lead the responsibility at once back to the human experts. The direct answer deliver a risk-minimized result.
2011.IX.28.MY-XSimilarity analyses on high level: If we can assume about a maximal closed system to know each aspect, and yet it is impossible to create direct and inverse models with zero error, then this lack is also a sign of being of a transcendental one as a sign of problems in the modelling.
2011.IX.28.MY-XSimilarity analyses on high level: If we can detect a direct model with zero error and an inverse model with massive errors (especially after x% tolerance), then it should be expected a high level of risk position in the given stair case of the direct model.

2011.II.25.MY-XiHEM/MY-X seminars 2011: The exclusive 27. MY-X seminar was realized in January 2011 establishing the AVIR project and the MY-X (iHEM) workgroup. The AVIR project has the mandate, to adapt the already (e.g. by InnoHow Ltd.) collected know how (on the field of data asset management, TQM, controlling, SWOT, analysing, online services) for the workflows of universities (more).
The non-exclusive 28. MY-X seminar was closed even now. In frame of this intensive and constructive workshop the potential market partners according to real estate business got informed about the similarity analysis. The investors evaluated the session as successful (more).
The next 29. MY-X seminar (2011.III) will be organized for Students about the integration of HR-softwares and similarity analyses.
2011.I.16.MY-XOffer from market partners: The real estate business searches for new methods being able to support general decisions based on objective price/performance ratio of objects. 2010.XII.08.MY-XExplorative modeling: There is no doubt, COCO-MCM models can deliver polynoms (c.f. overfitting), if the amount of stairs is higher than 3. The building (c.f. +/-* IF-function, etc.) of secunder variables from primer attributes (c.f. indicators) can be a new strategy (c.f. activation functions) in the field of the regulation of search processes for step-wise explorative modeling. The best (most robust) model should have the less polynomial effect. Potential problem might be: the interpretation of the new indicators.
2010.XII.07.MY-XRisk-management in the similarity analysis for HR-performance evaluation: The restricted amount of data and/or the fuzzy evaluation principles can lead to illogical ranking results. Inverse calculation are able to detect the most of the risk... (more)
2010.XI.22.MY-XNews about the COCO-methodology: Primer values in the OAM can/should be transformed, if neighbour values (within e.g. 1% of max-min intervall of a given attribute) will be seen as the same input represented by their average. The chains of these special values should be detected in an exactly definied way.
LP-based calculation can be partially substituted, if the definition of direct antagonism will be made stronger: Each object should be rejected in case of a price/performance analysis, if the ranking values of a reference object are always (attribute for attribute) the same or better as the ranking values of an other object AND the two prices are the same (or the better object has a lower price). This type of calculation is not able to solve Y0-models and it is also not possible to calculate estimation for Y (price). BUT: it is feasible to create a ranking value for each object concerning the price/performance ratios of the objects.

2010.XI.01.MY-XCase studies from students on different level: This year can be read also a lot of excellent case studies an different level (research/scientific studies, diploma theses, project studies): e.g. (Section of Academic Student League / ASL). As well as ASL-activities enterprise-related topics were also closed: e.g. estimation of stocks (of inventory), forecasting of cash-flow trends, performace evaluation - see. MIAU No.). Fortunatelly the life long learning of lecturers can be detected at least: advanced training, on-the-job training for new partners, autodidactive training. The small project studies of students (c.f. MIAU WIKI) can be evaluated more and more as useful!
2010.IX.24.MY-XMY-X Factor-Y: The services of MY-X FREE was till now used mostly in unique cases - but based on the successful co-operation with innovative partners and creative students the MY-X FREE impacts are significantly increased and we can already speak about the phase of industrialized production (of models). Therefore the name of the services was changed to MY-X Factor-Y FREE.

2010.VIII.07.MY-XInterpretation and handling of alternative COCO-solutions in case of models being not affected by public procurement problems: If a similarity analysis has more than one valid solution-matrix (c.f. staircases), then the consistency control plays a more complex role as before. In frame of a consistency control process (ensuring the 'I do not know' answer on system level) checking mechanisms can be defined easier. Therefore alternative solutions are positive force fields serving consistences...
2010.VII.29.MY-XInterpretation and handling of alternative COCO-solutions: If a similarity analysis in case of a price/performance simulation (c.f. public procurement tasks) can bring alternative solutions, then these solutions should bring new proportion of staircases according to the attributes. Therefore the phenomenon of 'importance' can be now interpret as well: the management of a public procurement project should declare in advance, which attributes should be more important as an other one. (XLS)
2010.VII.07.MY-X19. MY-X seminar: First results of the monitoring report from mathematical point of view: (PPT)
2010.VI.25.MY-XAccording to the 19. MY-X seminar: The KE+SZIE co-operation found a special focus: the identification of alternative solutions in the similarity analyses. The demo-XLS shows an example of alternative solution. If a learning pattern determines for 2 or more stairs only the sum of stairs, then unlimited amount of solutions can be derived. Namely a sum can be built from arbitrary combination of n numbers. This kind of 'wormholes' in the similarity can still not be derived. If we will be able to calculate each alternative solution quasi real time, then we will have a new aspect to generate interpretation of the stairs... (xls-demo)

2010.V.19.MY-XCOCO_MCM = LP without any restriction?: Yes and No! COCO_MCM will be used, if the ceteris paribus forms are not given. The staircase functions can be formed totally free. However: the records in the learning pattern build error layers, which can be interpreted as a set of hidden restriction. So models can be free created in case of unknown directions for ceteris paribus types (c.f. theoretical ecology: forecasting of populations).
2010.V.17.ISZAM StudentWrong function or fuzzy input? The learning pattern of a similarity analysis should be always standardized. The basic conception means: each learning object should be involved into the standardization (like: ranking). But the amount of objects for standardization can be reduced step by step - especially then, if the learning pattern build a time-series. In this case a test object can be standardized as well. The seemingly wrong function of standardization leads to fuzzy inputs! (more_1) (more_2)
2010.V.16.BVFKSimilarity analyses in questionnaires: The awareness on the field of environmental behavior should be checked in an unconventional way... (more)
2010.V.16.MY-XOKJ+: There is now a job description business planning expert (OKJ 55 481 02). This could be modified to create a new job: Expert of similarity analyses. The characteristics of the new job = multidisciplinarity, operacionalism, efficiency.
2010.V.16.MY-XECDL+: Is there a chance to manage national/ethnical pro-active movements? Can be somebody a fun for something and not contrary to anything? If each country would be able to define a new ECDL-module (in Hungary e.g. the similarity analysis), then the national teams could make a competition about their competencies (viz. about the country-specific ECDL-modules).
2010.V.16.MY-XA topic to hush up: Trianon! To mention is already political incorrect? The experts (Historian) are not able to interpret it in an objective way. The science of history should be ultimately integrated with the mathematics! The similarity analysis would be able to deliver sustainable answers to the question: Is a compensation payment correct (in consideration of each independent variable)? The learning pattern can be completed by each party. So the results could be accepted by each party...
2010.V.09.BLOG.MFOR*.BOK: The MY-X.HU is a BOK! Namely the rel. small group of experts about similarity analyses (SABOK = similarity analyses body of knowledge vs. USMBOK) publish each knowledge element only here. (részletek) (more)
2010.IV.23.MY-XSpecial challenge: The similarity analysis can be well-combined with online text mining in case of derivation of winners based on text-streams (like studies). The text mining is able in an objective way to explore key-expressions of studies. The list of these key-expressions can be evaluated (independent from the applicants) by the prize committee. The similarity analysis is able to derive also in an objective way the potential winners starting from the above defined inputs. (more)
2010.IV.21.MY-XSpecial challenge: The log-analysis (as a safety problem defined by a real enterprise) can be handled in the frame of stepwise/multiple similarity analysis. It is not necessary to be able to predefine a set of patterns (both suspected or accepted - cf. similarity in biotechnology). The Y0-MIN-STD models (based on descriptive log-variables having monotone rules in the background: e.g. the more the IP-diversity in a given time interval - the more the safety - because ...) are able to create potential suspicions. COCO-STD models can identify potential problem types or they can estimate risk volumes. If each X will be stepwise handled as Y, then it is possible to detect differences between facts and norms: e.g. under given circumstances (incl. amount of employees logged in) the amount of transactions should be lower).
2010.IV.20.MY-XSpecial challenge: The planning of cash-flow (defined by a real enterprise) can be supported in frame of multiple similarity analysis. The experiments show: the knowledge (capability) of human experts use other inputs as well as transactions (cumulated open position of clients, insurances, interval of payment deadlines) of balance sheets, because the error level of the human expert and the model are quasi the same. However the model fitting is significantly higher, if both transactions and the estimation of the human expert will be integrated into a new model. This symbiotic model deliver also a significantly higher contingency coefficient in the test phase, but the errors of this model are more extreme as the same of the human expert. The models based on similarity analysis are very sensitive: the (2^n) control mechanism of test-cases can not be avoided .
2010.IV.15.MY-XNew (context-dependent) form of consistency: If such kind of attributes are given in an OAM, which have a strong connection to each other (like own capital and credit volume and their changing rates or also staff and gross margin and their ratios , then the identification of these connections should be ensured automatically in case of COCO-MCM (and especially in case of COCO-STD-series prepared manually), in order to produce causal simulation effects (both according to directions and to numeric aspects). This expectation could be covered in case of agricultural advising robots concerning the above mentioned attributes: (more)
2010.IV.13.MY-XNew JQUERY-service: The filter-results can be already sent/stored as a URL-parameter (more)
2010.IV.10.MY-XNew (context free) form of consistency: If each X will be handled as Y and a Y0-model is legitim, then the conslusion of (Xi=Y)-series can not be totally different from the conclusion of the Y0-model. The reason of a significant difference can be the overfitting (c.f. COCO_MCM) or inconsystencies in case of the X-directions: (more)
2010.IV.09.MY-XCOCO-STEP/ETAP: The youngest member of the MY-X module-family integrates the principles (described in the MIAU leading article of 2009.IX.) into the (public) procurement processes. The new analysis logic rejects step by step each antagonisms. By the end of this selection approach the last objects show mostly an equilibrium. The object with the highest etap-win-score can be declared as The Winner. Detailed description can be downloaded from MIAU No.140. (more)
2010.IV.08.MY-XCOCO-MAX (the newest module of MY-X as well as COCO-RISK from March 2010): Instead of the additive or multiplicative logic the MAX()-function can be also used to aggregate impacts of X-variables. Hereby those variable can be selected, which is mostly responsible for the conclusion (Y) pro object. The objects of the learning pattern cause a rel. strong restriction series. The genetic potential can be derived as the MAX of the factual Y-values. This type of modeling describes approximately the heuristic processes of the human decision making (especially in case of forecasting): the selected variable pro object should deliver at least the correct direction of changes: (more)

2009.XII.10.MY-XBye-bye dear SWOT-'methodolgy' (echo of an state examination): If somebody has to declare, which type of category of the S_W_O_T might be valid for an phenomenon (e.g. the well-known technology for car-production can use bio-ethanol), then it is to recommend (instead of irrational argumentation-series: e.g. Strengths = because it is very good for producers and for the sales; Weaknesses = because it has volume restrictions; Opportunities = because it is possible; Threats = because it is a factor to make stable the recent technology incl. each environments problems) to create a questionnaire in order to check how many people think the same. If somebody has already two categories (based on own IQ), the the SWOT (as methodology) should be forgotten at once. If the questionnaire has no significant results, then it is better, to search for a new (appropriate) methodology...

2009.X.22.MY-XArbitrary ceteris paribus views based on staircase functions in the similarity analysis: The staircase functions ensure basically a 2D parameter set for each attribute contrary to the regression models provided only 1D possibilities. The decision trees are able to offer 2D sets in parallel n-layer. This make it possible to be more flexible in the modelling, but the risk to detect overfitting (through polynoms or not strong verified hypothesis) is higher. The staircase functions can be transformed into a multilayer parameter set based on IF-functions if the IF-rules are legitimate (cf. impact of nitrogen to yield in case of sand-soil and humus-rich soils): more

2009.IX.30.MY-XFiltering news: The news of MY-X FREE can be now filtered. Hereby arbitrary topics can be displayed in a short report (e.g. seminar). The filtering was solved based on java-scripts, which make it possible to avoid or to reduce certain access to a database. A revised version of this offline service (being prepared for scientific circle of student 2009) offers a more complex filtering-tool. This can be included into OLAP-reports supporting the important expectation: collecting attributes easier (e.g. filtering different categories of unemployment through a few clicks).

If nobody cares about the 'hoax-potential' of those questionnaires that are to survey the subjective value, then after the regular embarrassment of public research, it should be acknowledged that we will never get the answer for the question: what kind of extremities can be anticipated in the working of a system?
Does the methodical blindness take nothing else than to delve into silent pander amongst murderers?!
2009.VI.08.MY-XHow much does a warehouse full of raw food worth without recipes?: Why does the application of statistical test (=resource/raw material) are not preceded by an expert system (=recipe) so that the tests that have many requirements would only and exclusively be applied when all the conditions are met?
Would that be the next relevant addition to the services of the SAS /SPSS?
Because statistical test rarely do lead to the drawing of final conclusions, the interpretation-network of the different tests - like a second expert system based on the applicability of the tests - are missing nowadays too...

2009.V.29.MY-XPhenomenon without words?: If we mathematically enforce (Y0-MCM) each region to become identical, rather than using the statutory definition of disadvantage, then the attributes in the resulting stair function's automatically generated directions will map the phenomenon of decadence mathematically (e.g. it is not worthwhile to be born, it is fair to die fast, everyone do as he or she wants, there will be average supply of things that need competition, because not everyone wants everything, however, all forms of life - be it bad or good - are equally important, etc.).Therefore, language can make phenomenon out of things that mathematics handles in the form of complex functions.
The language based knowledge-transfer may exclude the fact-based world-interpretation, and thus often leads to demagoguery and misinterpretation. The formula-based world-interpretation enables more exact and diverse message transmission. How will human communication looks 100 or 1000 years later?
2009.V.24.MY-X3. MY-X seminar: 2009.VI.02. 16.00-, Room 112, SZIE Campus. Titel: Objectivity-oriented decision support basing on cluster analysis (case study: water-mill re-construction).
2009.V.22.portfolio.huVivat equilibrium! Vivat optimum!: The parable of Bastiat, and especially the message of this is 'limping': if a train transport many passengers, viz. a lot of settlements can be reached along the railroad, then each settlement has the law in fact, to have a break (to have some share from the potential profit). But: for a break should be paid (for the provider of the railroad)! The first break is there, where the most profit can be generated and the highest share for the provider can be offered. If the provider of the railroad wanted to collect each payments, then a lot of breaks should be realized and a trip should be unlimited. Hereby the passengers would be less and less satisfaction. And they would take the railroad less and less. Therefore the settlements could realize less and less incomes and could offer less and less fees for the provider of the railroad. Finally a (dynamic) equilibrium should be resulted. This is approximated nowadays.
Also limited is the similarity between the amount of breaks and the efficiency of governmental actions: The role of the government is, to ensure optimum on system level. Without a central budget some special phenomena (like hearth-hospital, international gas network, GPS, etc.) could have never resulted. Even if the governments may work in an ineffective way, the possibility for an optimum on system level is always existent.
And what is now the role of similarity analysis: Each estimation of impacts after system changes (cf. future-production function) is a task for the similarity analysis. Unfortunately the scientific experiments (based on interpretation possibilities through significance analysis) are very cramped (e.g. experiments are forbidden on the field of stock exchange, and they are simple unthinkable for the weather), therefore the interpretation (cf. simulation) of complex systems is the topical challenge for the science!
2009.V.20.MY-XMethodological news: The cluster analysis looks for the most separable groups of objects based on totally diverse definition of similarity. In contrary to the clustering the Y0-models in the MY-X services prove, whether the classification of the given objects is at all necessary (on the basis of the pre-defined directions of the attributes). With other expression: Does belong each object to the same class? Therefore the Y-values in an Y0-model are the same constants, viz. the goal of the learning in an Y0-model is, to minimize the deviation to the constant value (pro object).
In contrary to the standard Y0-model (also in case of Y0-MCM), the Y0-MAX-models (preliminary only offline) try to classify the given objects along two parallel expectations: on the one hand the (squared) model-error should be maximized. On the other hand the sum of estimations minus the sum of the original Y-values should be zero (against an unbounded model definition).
This type of similarity analysis can be seen as a type of clustering providing basically 2 classes: group of the object with an estimation over the Y-constant and under the Y-constant. (details as soon as possible in the next MIAU edition)
2009.V.09.MY-XBusiness models: Income from price/performance analyses - Type I. (more)
2009.V.07.MY-XWhich country realized the higher business decreasing (Vonnegut-trap or useful relativity for mood-improving)?: If the analysts expect also ca. 6 % GDP-decreasing for the Hungarian economics as in case of other countries with a higher growing potential before, (viz. the total decreasing in Hungary according to the lower level of the previous GDP is not so 'significant'), then the Hungarian business model can be seen as an (instinctive) crisis management strategy (before declaration of the crisis in general)? With other parable: Has those car driver more survival chance, if - before crashing - his foot was slipped from the gas pedal, as the driver, who raced continuously?
From point of view of the similarity analysis: Is a given country closer to the equilibrium, where a crisis brings out only limited changes?
2009.V.07.MY-XInterpretation of basis value through the similarity analysis: If the planned actions of a region/settlement should be evaluated, then self-evidently such kind of statistical figures has to observe, which are capable the promises (planned changes) of the actions to describe (e.g. 2 new playgrounds within 1 year). Unfortunately this type of static monitoring can not illustrate, how the rank of the given object according to the further comparable objects will be changed after a successful realized action. Hereby it will also not be clarified, in which volume an action is responsible for the change in the object ranking. And also not, what kind of impact volume the other circumstances had.
The similarity analysis (Y0), more exactly the hereby detected deviation from the constant equilibrium is the basic value itself.
2009.V.06.MY-XExtreme task of similarity analysis I.: If virtual indicators (groups of figures) should be made from a lot of given key figures (e.g. financial indices) looking for the minimal amount of figures pro indicator and simultaneously for the maximal interpretability, then Vonnegut-traps are not easy to avoid (see details).
2009.V.06.MY-XSpecial types of consistency: Special types of consistency: In case of price forecasting (e.g. wine-price for red/white, common/certified, regional/country-wide) the fitting of the prognoses can be improved through integration of a lot of primary forecasts. The fitting can be made still better, if also the error-patterns will be learned: e.g. a primary forecast can be derived from the time series as a type of chartistic solution. The improved prognosis can be created basing on a lot of primary forecasts for diverse wine sorts. Finally (after learning the error-patterns between primary and secondary prognoses) a final forecast can be formulated as follow: the wine price should be higher, because the primary prognosis about a price reduction could not be evaluated. This type of model-hybridization can provide the answer NONE. Namely the expert system is able to limit, for which situation a prognosis may be delivered. (details as soon as possible in the next MIAU edition)
2009.V.05.MY-XY0_MCM: A new module was created (temporarily offline) for aimless analyses (c.f. without direction of attributes). Through the Y0_MCM module it can be checked, in what case of directions of the given attributes the provided objects can be evaluated as the members of the same population? This type of analysis make possible, to check, whether the virtual phenomenon disadvantage is at all existent (e.g. why should be preferred the higher amount of shops as a component of advantage?). This type of modelling is endangered through Vonnegut-traps. On the other hand the Y0_MCM module is able to point, that there is a few cases having instability in the causality (cf. Pygmalion-effects). (details as soon as possible in the next MIAU edition)
2009.V.04.MY-XClustering vs. similarity analysis: The decision, which type of water-mill from a lot of potential objects waiting for reconstruction should be taken, can be make without any subjective parameter settings - at the press of button. (details as soon as possible in the next MIAU edition)
2009.V.03.MY-XHow can it be proved, whether an introduction of an ERP system is successful?: In as much as financial data for several years about firms with and without ERP system can be collected, then the necessity of ERP systems can be evaluated: namely on the one hand it can be analysed (Y0), whether the two types of firms could be classified. On the other hand it can be scanned, whether the future values (e.g. ROI) could be derived with the same fitting for both types of firms. (details as soon as possible in the next MIAU edition)

2009.III.25.MY-XSpecial application for similarity analysis: Automated detecting of risks in the questionnaires
The evaluator of questionnaires can (even should) toll the asked persons through tricky questions, in order to see, in general how consequent is somebody. On the base of the similarity analysis it is also possible (not only depending on the context and general for the entire questionnaire) for each question and for each person to detect, whether a question could be interpreted well or a person might set options like randomly.
2009.III.20RND'The validation of clustering structures is the most difficult and frustrating part of cluster analysis. Without a strong effort in this direction, cluster analysis will remain a black art accessible only to those true believers who have experience and great courage.' (A. Jain and R. Dubes. Algorithms for Clustering Data. Prentiche Hall, 1988.)
The question is: Is it (the embodiment of the aimlessness and the impossibility of automation) also true for MY-X FREE?

2009.II.13.Vonnegut: Hocus Pocus An important impulse got sent just now (Friday, 13.!): The Author describes an excellent example, how a magic table can be created and interpreted. It is worth proving this phenomenon according to the benefits of similarity analyses.
  • 1. At first: Unfortunately already the KO-criteria to select the objects (persons) is activated only partially. Because there were involved more countries into the war than only the mentioned group. Therefore in this case we can not longer talk about a rule.
  • 2. But if somebody would like to build a Y0-model (without any direction of classification basing on arbitrary phenomena), then the detected rule (sum of parts = 3888) in case of the listed persons should be held as legitimate.
  • 3. 3888/2=1944: The operation (/2) can not be legitimated through any knowledge item. Therefore this joke is out of scope: out of the field of force generated through the occurrence frequency of rows and columns.
  • 4. CHIRST=CHRIST: the setting of letters is also totally arbitrary. Let alone the chosen language interpreting the content of the arbitrary string.
  • 5. CHIRST=SCHRIT, almost SCHRITT=step (in German) - which could be interpreted so, that the huge step of Hitler was all bu(T) successful?!
  • Summa summarum: The border for using of the similarity analysis promising benefits can be found there, where the occurrence frequency of rows and columns seems to be disappeared and we pass over into the world of arbitrary numerical mysticism of unique transformations. Fortunately we can shield us against such problems: we need to define multilayer consistency control mechanisms.

2008.XI.25.My-X Topics for discussion: The game theory ensure successful decisions in the long term and on the system level. The similarity analysis should support to find the most logical option for the next decision. Therefore it can be assumed, that the optimal mix-strategy brings better decision series than the same through similarity analysis, if the game will be able to run in fact unlimited.
Questions: Can it happen, that a game should be terminated due the optimal mix-strategy? Can it be assumed, that a game is always unlimited? Is it true: the game theory (if it can deliver the promised mix-strategy) and the best similarity analysis lead to identical decision series for the same problem?
