Roles (responsibilities)

Each role is responsible for the quality assurance in general 
(everybody has to check each aspect being capable of becoming critical later).
A person can have more roles, but each role should be involved into the project. One role can also be executed by more persons.

• Project-leader (responsible for all activities - especially for the strategic decisions like having a clarified thinking experiment)
• Project-manager (responsible for the detailed documentation of the project activities)
• Searching-Expert (responsible for exploring appropriate data, visual effects, and literature)
• Database-Expert (responsible for structuring the raw data)
• Reporting-Expert (responsible for deriving useful views)
• Data-Processing-Expert (responsible for creating useful formulas: e.g. VLOOKUP)
• Visualisation-Expert (responsible for creating static figures, charts)
• Publication-Expert (responsible for creating publications e.g. XLSX, DOCX, PDF)
• Animation-Expert (responsible for creating streams, animated GIFs, other dynamic visual objects, incl. subtitles)
