Roles (responsibilities)
Each role is responsible for the quality assurance/management in general (everybody has to check each aspect being capable of becoming critical later). A person can have more roles, but each role should be involved into the project. One role can also be executed by more persons.
- Project-leader (responsible for all activities - especially for the strategic decisions like having a clarified thinking experiment)
